I admit I don’t have one unicorn: I have 3 unicorns in my wishlist. All of them convertibles,Even If I have a coupe.

I decided that everyone could choose one unicorn only, I broke my own rule. 3 Cars, 3 convertibles, one for each customizer: This is the first, a Saleen.

He Dark Horse Extreme Editon has been made in 26 units, only 8 convertibles. A convertible has recently been sold at Barrett-Jackson Auction for more than 90.000$. It is one of the most revolutionary S-197 models made by Steve Saleen. It is a special car for several reasons: the first come to my mind is the Saleen Super Shaker, a revolutionary (and unlucky, as you could read) supercharger. Then the motor, a 5liter SOHC 24v, capable of 620 hp, supported by a reinforced 6 speed manual transmission, with a 8,8” Ford racing differential, 3.73 gears. All the brakes(6 pistons calipers at the front, 4 at the rear, drilled rotors) and suspensions(racing-style with coil-over) enjoyed the magic touch of SMS.

The same destiny for he interiors, he rims and many other details. Why I consider it a Unicorn?

Rare, a Snake-Eater, black and wild. Driving this beauty will be very close to ride a wild horse at sunset.
